Contemporary living in Miami is embodied in B&B Italia’s first condominium

Casa Bella by B&B Italia, in downtown Miami, will marry the codes of modern and Mediterranean design

Designs have been revealed for a new residential tower in downtown Miami that marks the first branded condominium for Italian furniture company B&B Italia. Casa Bella, created in collaboration with developers Related Group and Alta Developers, is set to rise at the gates of Biscayne Bay, overlooking the water.

55 stories tall, the undulating shape of the building by architecture firm Arquitectonica is a contemporary foil for its elongated proportions, while interiors by B&B Italia creative director Piero Lissoni and landscape architecture by Enzo Enea add to the sense of modernity. For Lissoni, it was important to imbue the building with a Mediterranean side. ‘With Casa Bella, I wanted to create a very contemporary project, and what could be more contemporary than B&B Italia?’ he says.

Jon Paul Pérez, President of Related Group, adds, “We have controlled this parcel for many years now, and with demand for condos soaring and supply dwindling, we are finally ready to move on to what will be a neighborhood defining project. We are in the midst of one of the strongest markets in Related history, a trend that is expected to accelerate further with the launch of Casa Bella.

The building puts sociability at its heart, with two floors dedicated to amenity spaces, including a wine cellar, private theater and co-working spaces. The focus on wellness is thoughtfully translated into a wellness center with fitness areas, yoga and spin rooms, and a spa where residents can get everything from a massage to their dried hair.

Other facilities, including a concierge, housekeeping and babysitting services, and personal tech support, add convenience. Outside, residents can choose from a 12th-floor pool, private cabanas and lush gardens, plus a rooftop pool, for a chic respite from the chaos of downtown Miami.

B&B Italia designers are on hand to advise potential residents of Casa Bella’s 312 homes and 24 penthouse apartments on interior choices, with guests able to select everything from custom furniture to complete, move-in ready furnishing sets. directly. §
