How to Use a Video as Wallpaper on Your Android Phone

After installing the app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app, tap Choose videoand allow access to your phone’s internal storage.
  2. Select a video from the list of all supported files on your phone. To help you find the video, the app provides options to search by name, select from file manager, and sort by name, date, title, duration, etc., at the top right.
  3. After selection, you can adjust the length of the video by moving the sliders at the bottom to set the start and end points. For best performance, it’s a good idea to keep it short.
  4. Tap the Image icon in the upper right corner to open the preview. You can apply it immediately by pressing Set Wallpaper. You can also tap the cog icon to make further changes.
  5. If you want to have the sound of the video in your live wallpaper, select the Sound has been disabled possibility to change it to Sound has been activated.
